"Burning down the house"
For “Mozart 2006 in Munich” the Mozartband played sunday in the sold out “Prinzregententheater” a real rare concert: the people in the traditional concert-hall acted like in a big rock-concert. The enthousiastic fire of the audience pushed up the band at its best and it was a great evening. thank you Munich!

A fulminant show
One and a half years ago, the dates of 27 and 28.1.2006 were secured by director Vera von Hazebrouk for the Mozartband to perform at the Tonhalle in Düsseldorf. And we were more than happy to accept the invitation. Under the giant dome that looks like a planetarium (this was the orginal design for this building) the Mozartband shot up to the stars. The sold out hall rocked and drove the band to greater heights of ectsasy – a fantastic and truly deserving birthday party that showed once more, how lively and extraordinary this music still is – pure magic!
A breathtaking encounter
It occured on the 5th of January! The Mozartband and the Prague Chamber Orchestra played in Bad Kissingen together for the first time: a wonderful and exciting evening. An encounter of two cultures in the truest sense of the word, for both the artists and the audience. A great heartfelt declaration of love for Mozart, who lives on despite on going cliche’s and marketing!
